Important
Before submitting your abstract, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:
• You will be able to submit abstracts in each topic, but a maximum of 3 abstracts per topic is allowed.
• Abstracts submitted will be only used by the organizing committee to allow a proper allocation of abstracts in the program. The WIN being a forum of presentations, exchanges, and discussions, the abstracts will not be accessible neither during nor after the WIN meeting in order to preserve your work and its potential progress.
• The abstract should consist in a brief description of your work, providing all relevant elements to allow a proper allocation in the program. As you have noticed, the order of the topics is changed each year to boost the attendance of the speakers.
Thank you for letting us know in which topic you would like your abstract to be included.
Topics of the WIN 2025 will be presented in the following order during the week:
- Miscellaneous
- Stroke
- Aneurysm
- AVMs & Dural fistulas
- Spine & Spinal cord
Please be aware that, your abstract may be moved to another topic of submission, if the Reviewing Committee considers that it should be allocated in a more appropriate topic.
If your presentation is sponsored by the industry in order to introduce a specific device, we kindly ask the companies to designate the presenter who will as first speaker detail the technology of the device and then will report his experience with it. The following speakers will then only present their experience with the device and will not repeat the technical data. This will avoid redundancies and allow for smooth running of sessions.
Of course, as usual, all abstracts sent after that date and during the meeting will be accepted.
Please note however that in order to keep a logic during the congress, abstracts will remain dedicated to the topics to which they belong and will not be allowed to be presented in other sessions. In order to avoid unnecessary frustrations, we encourage you to check regularly the program during the WIN, and we thank you for following these rules, which will allow the meeting to keep its unique specificity and spirit for more than 40 years.
We furthermore hope that you will stay during the whole meeting to present properly your work but also enrich the discussions and debates that will be held.
Last point: the number of abstracts increasing each year, to allow each to present their experience and promote the discussions, abstracts presentations will be strictly limited to 10 minutes.
